Need a place to stay while you're in the Twin Cities? We've gathered a few options, each with their own attractions and proximities to different destinations.

The Crowne Plaza is near the airport and just a couple blocks from the Mall of America. Free shuttle service is available to and from these destinations. The Crowne Plaza is also across the street from the new lightrail system, which will take you to downtown Minneapolis destinations. Because the Crowne is about 17 miles away from the reception venue, we do recommend having a car or carpooling with someone who will have a vehicle. If you need a ride, let us know and we'll try to put you in contact with someone who is staying at the Crowne and can give you a ride. Another option is for you to take the lightrail downtown and from there catch the Number 10 bus to the reception, or hail a cab.

The Residence Inn is located in downtown Minneapolis. Plenty to do and see, before or after the reception. The Residence Inn is located within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and theaters and is just 2.5 miles from the reception venue. A short walk and 20 minute bus ride will get you there.

The Nicolette Island Inn is a beautiful, historic inn built in 1893 on the banks of the Mississippi River. It's just a bridge-drive away from downtown Minneapolis and just two miles from the reception venue. We don't have any rooms reserved at this inn, but we do recommend it if you're looking for a very beautiful, romantic hotel and are okay spending a few more dollars.
